www.RuhlHomes.com-Clearly THE BEST at Local Target Ads

Sunday, February 22nd, 2009

This is a perfect example of local target niche marketing.  www.ruhlhomes.com/sleepyhollow

AND the best Ruhl Homes technician for this is www.timhart.ruhlhomes.com.  You can email Tim at timhart@ruhlhomes.com

This Web Log (blog) post is about Diane’s and Ken’s statement of appreciation for the fine job that the www.ruhlhomes.com/harmonylake website is doing for us in our effort to improve our visability to the Quad Cities home buyer.  Furthermore, because we are a small business in the Quad City of Davenport Iowa, we believe that we should target our Quad Cities Local Niche Advertising first toward the Davenport home buyer who has helped to keep our homes affordable.  Those people, as home sellers, who want to upgrade and become home buyers – those people have helped to keep Davenport homes affordable because they have not gotten caught up in the Home-Buyer-Seller-Mania that created the current housing-price-bubble throughout other parts of the USA.

This past week, Ken Haugen, CEO of Harmony Land Development, LLC, had the pleasure of attending, by special invitation, the annual Ruhl Homes New Home Builders Appreciation Event.  Ken’s special thanks go to Caroline Ruhl, CEO of www.ruhlhomes.com, and to David Falk, to Shelly & to all of the people that put together that uplifting presentation about the Affordable Homes Real Estate Market in the Davenport and Bettendorf Iowa Quad Cities versus the rest of the world –  even versus the home buyers and home sellers market just across the Mississippi River into Moline and Rock Island Illinois.  (Tim Hart, those were some good stuffed mushrooms, weren’t they?)

But here is what I like best about www.ruhlhomes.com/timhart is:  When I search on Google, or MSN, or Yahoo, or Acesse search engines, using the keywords “quad cities affordable homes”, people find us!

Thank you, Shelly!

Quad Cities Realtors Tom Bracey and Mary Ann Carstens, BIG Welcome to You From Harmony Land Development

Thursday, February 12th, 2009

Welcome Home, Skivi!

Harmony Land Development, LLC, CFO Ken Haugen makes this announcement, today, to the world:

In our Quad Cities Residential Real Estate market, we proudly welcome Tom Bracey and Mary Ann Carstens to our team of professional real estate agents, adding to the already awesome Tim Hart and Wanda Evins duo.”
Ken goes on to say, “In all frankness, 2008 was a very trying year for all of the Quad Cities Home Builders, but 2009 feels different. What feels different about 2009? — It just seems that the people in the Midwest are willing to work harder — under their own volition — but part of a great team of fellow Iowans — who can take care of ourselves and our fellow team-members — rather than waiting around for some Government hand-out or ‘bailout package’ that might help them, individually.

“In the Quad City of Davenport and around us, times have changed, but times are not all that bad. In other markets, home prices have dropped dramatically — but remember, for years, the Davenport Quad Cities housing market has been notorious for its ‘affordable housing’ status, and that has not changed. Three years ago, Davenport became famous for affordable housing, and today — Quad City Davenport and around us — still very affordable housing — especially given the times of historic low interest rates. For the home buyer, it does not get any better than this — great workmanship on new Quad Cities homes — great mortgage rates — great Quad Cities Real Estate agents to give you the correct facts and trends. Wow! We have it all right here at www.homesquadcities.net! ” says Ken from Harmony Land Development LLC.
